The RCIA or Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, is a process of faith sharing, learning and Catholic Christian formation.
The RCIA Team members, with the help of the Holy Spirit, meet with those seeking baptism and/or those who have been baptized in other faith traditions to share their experiences of God working in their lives. We also talk about Catholic doctrine and Catholic identity to discover what it means to be Catholic and how to live out our Catholic faith in the world and in our relationships.
This takes place in a relaxed, informal way through small group sharing and discussion on Wednesday evenings beginning at 7:00 PM. If you would just like to come out to a session to see if this RCIA process is for you, feel free to join us. There is no obligation on anyone to go further than you wish! RCIA meets WEDNESDAY EVENINGS, in St. Michael’s Learning Center at 7:00 PM. COME AND JOIN US!
If you are interested in finding out what it means to be Catholic or would like to become a team member, please call Joanne Kelly at 536-2259.
