Spend a day doing little things for God and others in honor of the feast day of St. Therese “The Little Flower”

St. Francis was a lover of God’s creation. Families can join with him by taking the St. Francis Pledge to stop wasting energy and destroying the environment.

Enjoy angel food cake for the Feast Day of the Holy Guardian Angels.

Find a favorite angel craft to complete as a family. You can also work on memorizing the Guardian Angel prayer together.

Talk to your children about how we are all called to sainthood. Work on self-portraits and title them “Future Saint (Child’s name)” for All Saints Day on November 1st. For All Souls Day create a shrine of remembrance with pictures of family members who have passed away along with an image of Jesus, a candle, plant and a Bible. Throughout the month of November pray as a family for all those who are enshrined.
